📦 Shipped from our FR/CH warehouses — no customs fees upon receipt (Switzerland, France, European Union). We import and clear customs in advance: your parcel arrives with no unpleasant surprises, with a tracking number. Free delivery from CHF 34.90 / €39 depending on your country.

At LSDLBoutique, we do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, safely and discreetly. Below is all the information regarding the shipping of your orders.

1. Delivery Zones

LSDLBoutique ships your orders:

To Switzerland (standard and express delivery)
Throughout the European Union (including France, Germany, Belgium, and other member countries)
Internationally outside the EU, subject to logistical feasibility — contact us for any specific destination

2. Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receipt and payment confirmation. Shipping is handled by reputable carriers (Swiss Post, La Poste, DHL, and other logistics partners). A tracking number is systematically provided for each shipped order.

Free for purchases of CHF 34.90 or more

🇫🇷 France

EUR 7 — standard delivery with tracking
Free for purchases of EUR 39 or more

🇩🇪 Germany

EUR 15 — standard delivery with tracking
Free for purchases of EUR 39 or more

🌍 Other countries — Europe and international

From EUR 30, price calculated based on weight and destination at checkout
Free delivery may apply depending on the order volume and is automatically displayed in the cart if applicable
All shipments are registered with tracking

4. Free Delivery

Free delivery is automatically applied when your cart reaches the following thresholds:

CHF 34.90 or more for shipments to Switzerland
EUR 39 or more for shipments to France, Germany, and other European Union countries
For international destinations outside the EU, the potential free delivery threshold is displayed directly during checkout based on the destination and order volume

5. Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link is automatically sent to you as soon as your parcel is taken over by the carrier. 6. Unclaimed, Refused Parcel or Address Error

Any parcel returned to the sender due to an incomplete or incorrect address, failure to collect within the allotted time, or refusal without valid justification by the recipient, will result in one of the following options:

Reshipment of the parcel, with the corresponding costs borne by the Customer
A partial refund, after deduction of outbound shipping costs, return costs, and any incurred handling fees

It is the Customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address when ordering. LSDLBoutique cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address.

7. Discreet Shipping

All products are shipped in neutral packaging, with no indication of the contents or mention of LSDLBoutique on the outside of the parcel, to guarantee the confidentiality of your purchases. Fragile, hygienic, or sensitive products (lingerie, adult toys, art toys) are packaged with particular care to ensure their integrity during transit.

8. Loss, Damage, or Carrier Dispute

In case of a non-received parcel or visible damage upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, by email to info@lsdlboutique.ch, attaching photos of the packaging and contents if damaged. A compensation procedure with the carrier will be initiated as soon as possible.
