Shipping Policy

At LSDLBoutique, we do everything possible to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, safely and discreetly. Here is all the information regarding the shipping of your orders.


1. Delivery Zones

LSDLBoutique ships your orders:

  • To Switzerland (standard and express delivery)
  • Throughout the European Union (including France, Germany, Belgium, and other member countries)
  • Internationally outside the EU, subject to logistical feasibility — contact us for any specific destination

2. Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receipt and confirmation of payment. Shipping is handled by recognized carriers (Swiss Post, La Poste, DHL, and other logistics partners). A tracking number is systematically provided for every shipped order.


3. Delivery Rates

🇨🇭 Switzerland

  • CHF 8.50 — standard delivery with tracking
  • Free for purchases of CHF 100 or more

🇫🇷 France

  • 7 EUR — standard delivery with tracking
  • Free for purchases of 100 EUR or more

🇩🇪 Germany

  • 15 EUR — standard delivery with tracking
  • Free for purchases of 100 EUR or more

🌍 Other countries — Europe and International

  • From 30 EUR, rate calculated according to weight and destination at the time of order
  • Free delivery may apply depending on the order volume and is automatically displayed in the cart if applicable
  • All shipments are registered with tracking

4. Free Delivery

Free delivery is automatically applied when your cart reaches the following thresholds:

  • CHF 100.— or more for shipments to Switzerland
  • 100 EUR or more for shipments to France, Germany, and other European Union countries
  • For international destinations outside the EU, the free shipping threshold, if any, is displayed directly during payment according to the destination and order volume

5. Order Tracking

An email confirming shipment with your tracking number and link is automatically sent to you as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier. 6. Unclaimed, Refused, or Incorrect Address Package

Any package returned to the sender due to an incomplete or incorrect address, non-collection within the specified timeframe, or refusal without valid justification by the recipient, will result in one of the following options:

  • Reshipment of the package, with the corresponding costs borne by the Customer
  • A partial refund, after deduction of outbound shipping costs, return costs, and any incurred administrative fees

It is the Customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing the order. LSDLBoutique cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address.


7. Shipping Discretion

All products are shipped in neutral packaging, without any indication of the contents or mention of LSDLBoutique on the outside of the package, to ensure the confidentiality of your purchases. Fragile, hygienic, or sensitive products (lingerie, adult toys, art toys) are packaged with particular care to ensure their integrity during transport.


8. Loss, Damage, or Carrier Dispute

In case of a non-received package or visible damage upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected receipt date, by email at info@lsdlboutique.ch, attaching photos of the packaging and contents if damaged. A compensation procedure with the carrier will be initiated as soon as possible.
